Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain terms, what data Optimevra collects, why, where it goes, and how long we keep it. Optimevra is a website optimization tool: you give us a URL, we fetch that page, analyze it with AI, and store the resulting report in your workspace. We've written this to match what the product actually does — not a boilerplate template.
Who we are
Optimevra is a product in the EVRA ecosystem. It shares a single sign-in identity with the other EVRA products (such as Rankevra) but stores its own scan data separately. If you have questions about this policy, email us at contact@evra.pro.
What we collect
- Account information. Your email address and the organization/workspace you belong to, used to sign you in and associate your scans with you. Sign-in is handled by the shared EVRA identity system.
- URLs you submit. When you start a scan, you give us a website URL. We fetch the content at that URL (starting with the homepage) so it can be analyzed.
- Fetched page content. The HTML and text of the pages you ask us to scan. This is the material the analysis runs on.
- Generated reports. The crawl records, per-page data, findings/issues, and scores that our analysis produces. These are saved so you can revisit them in your dashboard.
- Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe does.
What URLs we scan
We only fetch URLs that you (or a member of your workspace) submit to us for analysis. We do not crawl the open web on our own initiative, and we do not scan sites you haven't asked us to. Because our crawler retrieves a page over the public internet, please only submit URLs you are authorized to analyze.
How your data is used
- To fetch the page(s) at the URL you submit.
- To analyze that content and produce findings, suggested fixes, and scores across our optimization categories.
- To power the AI chat, which answers questions grounded in a specific finding and page.
- To keep your reports available in your dashboard over time.
- To bill you if you are on a paid plan.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your submitted sites or reports to train machine-learning models.
Subprocessors
To provide the service, we share specific data with a small set of trusted providers:
- Anthropic (Claude). The content of the pages you scan is sent to Anthropic's API, which performs the AI analysis and powers the chat. In other words, the text of the page you submit is processed by Anthropic as our subprocessor.
- Stripe. Handles payments and subscription billing for paid plans.
- Supabase / Postgres. Hosts the database where your account, scans, and reports are stored.
- Resend. Delivers our transactional email — password resets, and the “your audit is ready” and regression alerts. Receives your email address and the contents of those messages.
- Google. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity and shares your name, email address and profile picture. We also query Google's Chrome UX Report for anonymous, aggregate field performance data about the sites you scan; that query contains the URL and nothing about you.
- Browserless. Used to render JavaScript-heavy pages during a scan when it is configured. Receives the URL being scanned.
- Render. Hosts and runs the application itself, and so processes every request you make to it.
Where your data is stored, and for how long
Your crawls, pages, findings, and scores are persisted in our database so you can return to them. Scans are private to your workspace and isolated with row-level security. We retain your reports for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them or ask us to delete them. When you close your account we will delete or anonymize your scan data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies — primarily an authentication session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data and your stored reports. To request deletion of your data, email contact@evra.pro from the address on your account, and we'll process the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
