Terms of Service
Last updated July 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Optimevra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
What Optimevra does
Optimevra is a website optimization tool. You submit a URL; we fetch the content at that URL, analyze it using AI, and produce a report with findings, suggested fixes, and scores across our optimization categories. Reports are saved to your workspace so you can revisit them.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Optimevra uses a shared EVRA sign-in identity, so the same login may apply across EVRA products. You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use of the scanner
You may only submit URLs that you own or are otherwise authorized to analyze. You agree not to:
- Submit URLs pointing to internal, private, or non-public systems you don't control, or use the scanner to probe infrastructure you're not authorized to access.
- Use the service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
AI-generated output
Findings, scores, code suggestions, and chat responses are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on the content you submit. They are provided to assist you and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion — especially code — before applying it to your site. Optimevra does not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, or improvement.
Your content and reports
You retain ownership of the sites you submit and the reports generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to fetch, process, analyze, and store that content in order to provide the service, including sending page content to our subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your submitted sites or reports to train models.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
A free plan is available. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis, as shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
Optimevra is a new and evolving product. Features may change, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms. On termination, your stored reports may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, its analysis methodology and its documentation remain ours. You keep everything you bring: the websites you scan, the content on them, and the material you paste into the AI copilot. Reports and generated code produced for you are yours to use, modify and publish, including commercially, with no attribution required. We claim no licence over your site content beyond what is needed to run the scan you asked for and store the resulting report for you.
Your responsibility for the sites you scan
You may only scan a website you own or are authorised to audit. Our crawler fetches pages as a normal visitor would and honours robots.txt, but the permission to point it at a given domain is yours to hold, not ours to verify. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from a site you submitted without that authority.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll update the date at the top when we make a material change. Questions? Email contact@evra.pro.
